Estonian Firefighting Museum

The permanent exhibition of the Estonian Firefighting Museum introduces the history of firefighting in Estonia from bygone days to recent past.

You will get an overview of firefighting arrangement and the development of firefighting organisations, but also learn about the sources and tragic consequences of fires and how to prevent fires.

Children get very excited by our living house model, where they can look for different fireplaces.

On the ground floor, there is the City Centre Rescue Comando and if you are lucky, you can sit in a fire-engine, see rescuers descend from a pole, get dressed in a minute, and rush away.

We ask that you book a time for a visit.
