The buzzword 'AI' or Artificial Intelligence has been echoing far and wide. Is it all hype, or is it genuinely altering the landscape of our world? What will be the impact on the meeting & events industry?
Keynote speaker, Mark, will take you on a captivating journey into the realm of AI and the digitalization steps within your customer journey. Together, we'll unravel the mysteries of AI, understand its inner workings, and evaluate its real-world impact.
But here's the twist – AI isn't just a tech buzz; it's also reshaping the very essence of the human-to-human industry that is hospitality and M&E. Mark will explore how generative AI models are poised to influence this industry, and whether the traditional ways of doing business can hold their ground.
In a world where customer expectations are evolving rapidly, with demands for speed and instant gratification, we'll delve into the tools new generations, like Gen Z and soon-to-emerge Alpha, are using to source venues. Are meeting venues prepared for this digital revolution, and how can organizations catch up?
Together, we'll examine the cutting-edge applications available to optimize your Customer Journey, exploring the potential of AI and gauging its maturity. Should we fear this transformation, or should we embrace it? One thing is clear – the future is knocking on our door, and it's time to unlock its potential.
