Uljaste hiking trail will introduce you to Lake Uljaste, its bog lakes and virgin forest. The trail begins in the car park of the old Sonda forest district building that was erected in the 19th century on the shores of Lake Uljaste. A high and flat half-circle esker borders the eastern side of the lake. Most of the 3.8 km hiking trail runs along the esker.
By Lake Uljaste, there is a recreation area and a sandy beach where you can go for a swim.
