Pärnu (0 km) – Sindi (14 km) – Tori (28 km) – Vändra (56 km) – Türi (90 km) – Paide (107 km) – Roosna-Alliku (126 km) – Jäneda (155 km) – Aegviidu (162 km) – Koogi (199 km) – Maardu (214 km) – Pirita (226 km) – Tallinn harbour (232 km)
This route runs from Pärnu through Central Estonia to Tallinn. The direct route is much shorter, but this route runs along the picturesque banks of the Pärnu River and passes through the towns of Türi and Paide and the beautiful forests on the shores of lakes in the Aegviidu region. 33 km before Tallinn, it joins Route 1. This is the best route for discovering Central Estonia, especially in combination with Route 21.
In the vicinity of Pärnu, Tallinn, Türi and Paide, the route runs on cycle paths, while the other sections are usually on paved roads with fairly light traffic. However, there is one stretch of gravel road - 8 km between Jõesuu and Vihtra.
